Cher's son 'in hospital after being found unresponsive'
Reports say guitarist Elijah Blue Allman is in hospital
Cher's son has been urgently taken to hospital after being found unresponsive on Saturday morning, it has been reported.
Reports indicate that Elijah Blue Allman, 48, is under 'the best care possible' at a medical facility in Joshua Tree, California, but his condition remains uncertain.

TMZ has reported that Elijah, whose parents are the legendary Cher and the late Gregg Allman, is "very lucky to have survived."

A source close to the family told the publication that Cher is "doing everything she can to get him the help he needs".
They added: "Just like any mother, Cher's only concern right now is for her son's well-being, and she's doing everything she can to get him the help he needs."

The rock musician, one of Cher's six children, was a long-time member of the band Deadsy, serving as the lead guitarist for 28 years before leaving the group in 2023.
Elijah, who has struggled with substance abuse issues, was subject to a conservatorship filed by Cher two years ago to manage his finances due to his severe mental health and substance abuse problems.
Elijah has been open about his battle with addiction. In a candid 2014 chat with Entertainment Tonight, he shared: "I started with drugs around the same time that we all did, around eleven.

"I mean it's just what you did, it's just what everybody did."
He added: "I [was] just looking to escape all the things in my past and, that's when you turn to those kind of drugs, you know heroin and opiates.
"[Heroin] kind of saved me ... If I didn't have that at that point, I don't know what I would have done ...

"You may jump off a bridge. If you can only just go through that time period and live through it and then get help."
