Alix Earle Reveals Future of Hot Mess Podcast After Drama With Alex Cooper's Unwell Network
Months after Alex Cooper’s media company Unwell Network dropped Alix Earle’s Hot Mess podcast, the TikToker shared insight into the future of her project.

Alix Earle's upcoming endeavors are far from unwell.
Two months after the TikToker confirmed her Hot Mess podcast was no longer under Alex Cooper's Unwell Network, she shared an update amid her hiatus from the project.
"That was, behind the scenes," Alix said of her separation from Alex's media company in an interview with WSJ. Magazine published May 22, "a little bit of a hot mess."
While it took some time to separate completely from Unwell, but now, she's ready to make her return to the podcasting world.
"We have plans to bring things back, elevate things," the 24-year-old explained. "It might look a little different, but I'm excited to see what we do with it."
E! News has reached out to Alex's reps for comment and has not yet heard back.
Meanwhile, her dad and manager T.J. Earle followed Alix's lead, deciding not to divulge any details about Hot Mess' future, but told the outlet that his daughter "genuinely wants everybody that she's doing business with to succeed."

He emphasized that the social media personality "works extra hard and overdelivers."
After Alix confirmed that Hot Mess was dropped from Unwell in March, which came amid a rumored feud between her and Alex, she announced a hiatus "for the foreseeable future" from podcasting to focus on her YouTube channel.
"Don't really want to get into the details of it all," she said in a March TikTok. "I can't get into the details of it all right now, but I've loved it so much, and I'm really proud of what I built with the podcast."

As for her pivot to vlogging on YouTube instead, she told fans, "I don't want to just leave you astray and not leave you with anything."
"There's going to be no lack of content—it's just going to be a little bit different," she added. "There's been a lot going on over the past month, and although not in an ideal situation right now, we are gonna have a really good time."
For Alex's part, she denied any connection to Alix's hiatus, writing on her Instagram Stories days later, "Alix not being able to podcast has nothing to do with Unwell. Idk why she can't/what's going on."
She also added that Unwell gave Alix her intellectual property.
