The 34-time league champions will face Flamengo, Chelsea and Los Angeles FC in Group D of the 32-team tournament this summer.
Confederation of African Football [CAF] ranking points earned from 2021 to 2024 confirmed Esperance's participation.
One final and two semi-final appearances in Africa's CAF Champions League helped send them to their fourth ever Club World Cup.
However, a continental fixture in 2023 was interrupted by dramatic scenes that saw a riot make the headlines.

Esperance beat JS Kabylie 1-0 in their quarter-final first leg to hold a one-goal advantage for the second leg at home in Rades.
The Hammadi Agrebi Stadium welcomed thousands for the clash as both sides desperately fought for a place in the final four.
But during the break, some Esperance fans reportedly attempted to invade the pitch and therefore sparked a response from security.
Riot police had to intervene as a number of objects were thrown by supporters that were said to come from an equipment storeroom.

Another person had to quickly dodge out of its way to avoid what could have been a serious injury.
Police also threw tear gas in their bid to control the supporters, 60 of which were reported to have been arrested.
The second half finally got underway after a near-40 minute delay and Esperance swiftly opened the scoring on the night.
Mohamed Ali Ben Romdhane put them 2-0 up on aggregate and despite a late Kabylie goal, it was the Tunisians who progressed.
Following their defeat, Kabylie released a statement that revealed their attempts to stop the match entirely due to the rioting fans.
"Following the serious incidents that marred the quarter-final match of the African Champions League, played yesterday in Rades between EST and JSK, we would like to provide clarification on the issue of stopping the match, which has been widely discussed by the sporting public in general, and our supporters in particular.

"Having witnessed firsthand all the scenes of violence which characterised the stands of the Rades stadium and which were triggered.
"During the break, we immediately filed a complaint with the match officials: hostile treatment towards our gallery, aggression, injured supporters, setting fires in the stands of the EST gallery, throwing projectiles and fireworks of all kinds which flooded the pitch, criminal acts by local supporters and use of tear gas by local security which made the atmosphere unbearable...
"Such was the apocalyptic climate and far from the values of sport, which reigned at half-time of the match.
"Our leaders actively challenged the CAF officials about the unbearable atmosphere which called into question the safety of our supporters and that of our delegation, even going so far as to ask for the match to be stopped as time went by.
"Unfortunately, the officials persisted in their attempt to restart the game by strangely brandishing the sanctions which would fall on JSK in the event of refusal to return to the pitch.
"Officials determined that the violence was concentrated in the stands and had no impact on the safety of those on the pitch, and that the situation was under control.

"Following this, the match commissioner ordered the referees and both teams to return to the pitch. Furthermore, we have been working since early this morning on preparing a virulent dossier, containing solid evidence that recounts the hell that was going on in Rades.
"The report will be submitted to the CAF in the coming hours."
Esperance were fined $300,000 and handed a four-match home stadium ban by the CAF as a result of the rioting.
It meant no supporters were in attendance for their semi-final first leg match against Al Ahly, which ended in a 3-0 defeat.
The Tunisian outfit were ultimately beaten 4-0 on aggregate to end their hopes of winning a fifth CAF Champions League title.
They reached the final in the following year but would yet again be defeated by Al Ahly.
