The Premier League will come to a close on Sunday afternoon with Tottenham now knowing they'll be in the Champions League next season following victory over Manchester United in the Europa League final.
Despite a dire domestic campaign they will sit at Europe's top table following success in Bilbao. The title and relegation is already confirmed but five teams will eye three Champions League spots with Manchester City in pole position to finish third.
Newcastle, Chelsea, Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest are behind them as they all look to land the riches on offer in Europe. Attention has also turned to the transfer window with Arsenal wasting no time in their pursuit of a striker.
A lack of a prolific No 9 cost them at times this term but Viktor Gyokeres is on their radar with Sporting Lisbon somewhat resigned to his departure. Benjamin Sesko has also been linked with a switch to the Emirates.
Ange Postecoglou insists he "wasn't boasting" when he claimed he always won trophies in his second season as he delivered on his claim by winning the Europa League for Tottenham. The Australian piled pressure on himself by backing himself to land silverware in north London.

Viktor Gyokeres has told his Sporting Lisbon team-mates that he's unsure where he will be playing football next season. Sporting secured the title on the weekend and are now fully focused on beating Benfica on Sunday to win the Portuguese Cup.
Gyokeres has been strongly linked with a £60million move to Arsenal, but Sporting midfielder Pedro Goncalves says he isn't certain where he'll move yet, with football the current focus. “I asked him and we all asked him. He says he’s not a fortune teller. We still have the Portuguese Cup against Benfica to play,” he told Canal 11.
Arsenal's new sporting director Andrea Berta has made signing Gyokeres his top priority and, as Mirror Football reported recently, the Gunners believe they are in pole position, having got ahead of the competition by making it clear they are ready to pay the asking price and hand the Swede a deal worth £7m per year.
Darwin Nunez is keen on a move to Atletico Madrid this summer after falling down the pecking order at Liverpool, according to Cadena SER.
It is understood that Nunez has 'made it clear' that he wants to join the Spanish side and that he has already agreed terms to make the move to La Liga. However, Atletico are yet to agree a deal with Liverpool despite the Uruguayan appearing set for pastures new.
It is claimed that Atletico are confident Nunez can get back to his best in Spain and thrive alongside former Manchester City star Julian Alvarez, who has scored 29 goals in all competitions since joining the club last summer. Nunez remains one of the most expensive signings in Liverpool's history, but he's struggled to deliver.
