Kanye West Wants Nothing To Do With His Former Staff's Lawsuit
Ye requested that the lawsuit filed against him by his former personal assistant be dismissed. He claims that any alleged behavior on his part was consensual.
In his response to the lawsuit, filed on May 7, Ye denied all wrongdoing and argued that Pisciotta was not an employee of his or his company. His legal team also challenged the validity of any claims based on an alleged contract, stating it is unenforceable due to a lack of consideration.

The OnlyFans model filed the lawsuit against the rapper last year, alleging multiple grievances including breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and a hostile work environment.

In her amended lawsuit, she accused Ye of sexual assault and drugging her. During her time working for him, she claimed that Ye often shared details about her OnlyFans work and salary with other employees.

The Father-Of-Four Reportedly Voiced His Intention To Engage In Sexual Relations
However, the instances of Ye's kind gestures and convincing words were overshadowed by his abusive behavior. Pisciotta noted that Ye would go back to "his tantrums, inappropriate demands, sexual advances, and general manipulation and mistreatment."
In her lawsuit, Pisciotta alleged that Ye explicitly expressed his desire to engage in sexual activity with her. She stated that she was not interested and communicated this to him clearly.

"I have a serious question. Be honest with me … is my d-ck racist? Is it. This f-cking racist d-ck of mine. I'm going to beat this f-cking racist d-ck for being f-cking racist. I'm going to stare at pictures of white women with black a–es and beat the sh-t out of my racist d-ck."
Pisciotta added that in another message, Ye referenced a hypothetical scandal, implying inappropriate conduct between him and Pisciotta at a bowling alley.
This text was described by the former staff's lawyer as particularly offensive, suggesting that she had desired and engaged in sexual relations with Ye, which she firmly denies.
Furthermore, the OnlyFans creator amended her lawsuit to include serious accusations, claiming that Ye drugged and sexually assaulted her at a studio in 2021. Ye has categorically denied all of her allegations and has made multiple tweets regarding the situation since the lawsuit was filed.

In January, The Blast reported that the former personal assistant demanded accountability for his disregard of her sexual assault lawsuit.
Pisciotta requested $2,100 in sanctions against Ye and his companies for failing to respond to the legal paperwork she served them and for her difficulties locating him.
She claimed they did not provide her with essential documents, including payment records, employee handbooks, and correspondence between her and Ye. Additionally, Pisciotta accused Ye of wrongfully terminating her employment.

The lawsuit brought by Pisciotta implicates not only Ye but also his wife and a former architect of Yeezy. In the allegations, Pisciotta described Censori as his "on-call sex party participant/employee," frequently engaging in sexual activities during lavish parties held at upscale hotels.
Censori reportedly participated in these events willingly, often indulging in "twisted and bizarre sexual behavior" that Ye desired.
Furthermore, Pisciotta claimed the rapper gave an order to have Yeezy's offices transformed into a "sexual playground," where he would engage in encounters with his chosen partners.

Another plaintiff also dragged the producer to court again over an incident that occurred on a music video set. The "America's Next Top Model" contestant claimed that the singer choked and gagged her until she passed out on set.
The video vixen claimed the rapper made the "In For the Kill" music video imitate a porn scene, recalling that it felt more like a "pornographic gagging/deep throat/BDSM fetishes" shoot than a music video.
Will Kanye 'Ye' West make it out of this one? Fingers are crossed!
