Kanye West Tells Judge Accuser Consented to His Alleged Behavior

Kanye West demanded the lawsuit accusing him of sexually assaulting his former personal assistant be thrown out of court, claiming she consented to any alleged behavior on his part, In Touch can exclusively report.

On May 7, Ye, 47, filed his answer, obtained by In Touch, to the shocking lawsuit brought by his alleged former employee, Lauren Pisciotta.

Ye denied all allegations of wrongdoing in the case. He argued that Lauren was not an employee of him or his company.

His lawyer said, “Defendants allege that to the extent [Lauren] asserts claims based on an alleged contract, said contract is unenforceable due to lack of consideration.”

Ye also argued, “To the extent [Lauren] asserts claims based on an alleged contract, they fully performed, or substantially performed, all duties owed to [Lauren], thereby barring some or all of [Lauren’s] claims.”

In addition, his lawyer argued, “[Ye] alleges that [Lauren’s] claims are barred, in whole or in part, because [Lauren] consented to [Ye’s] alleged conduct, if any.”

Ye demanded the suit be tossed out of court and he be awarded court costs.

As In Touch previously reported, Lauren sued Ye in June 2024, accusing him of breach of contract, sexual harassment, hostile work environment and wrongful termination. She filed an amended lawsuit months later accusing Ye of sexual assault and drugging her.

In her bombshell lawsuit, Lauren, who previously worked as an OnlyFans model, said she was hired by Ye to work as his personal assistant in 2021.

Lauren said Ye agreed to pay her $1 million per year, as long as she was available 24/7 for him.

During her employment, Lauren alleged Ye often told other employees about her work as an OnlyFans model. He also told everyone about her salary, per the suit.

A couple of months after being hired, Lauren claimed Ye asked her to change and become more “God Like.”

The suit claimed Ye asked Lauren to delete her OnlyFans profile in exchange for $1 million. She said she agreed to the deal, but Ye then continued to attempt to have further control over her life.

Her suit read, “Never knowing which side of [Ye] [Lauren] was going to get, there would be small windows when he was not being abusive, that [Ye] would acknowledge and express his appreciation for [Lauren]. [Ye] did so with what seems to be a genuine Birthday message to [Lauren].”

Lauren alleged Ye would send her a nice text for her birthday but then revert back to “his tantrums, inappropriate demands, sexual advances and general manipulation and mistreatment.”

In the suit, Lauren claimed Ye made it clear to her that he wanted to have sex with her. “[Lauren] was not interested and made that very clear to [Ye]. [Ye] propositioned [Lauren] to have a ‘threesome’ with him and another woman,” her suit read.

Lauren included a series of alleged texts sent by Ye to her.

One alleged message read, “I have a serious question. Be honest with me … is my d–k racist? Is it. This f–king racist d–k of mine. I going to beat this f–king racist d–k for being f–king racist. I’m going to stare at pictures of white women with black a–es and beat the s–t out of my racist d–k.”

Another alleged message sent from Ye to Lauren read, “I just thinking back to the bowling alley thinking of what the headline could have been. Ye arrested for f–king the s–t out of his assistant on the bowling alley floor.”

Lauren’s lawyer wrote, “This text was especially offensive sine it suggested or insinuated that [Lauren] (i) wanted to have sex with [Ye] and (2) actually had sexually intercourse with [Lauren,] when in fact she did not want to do so and never indeed did so.”

Lauren amended her lawsuit to include allegations she believes Ye drugged and sexually assaulted her one night at the studio in 2021.

Ye previously denied all of Lauren’s claims. He has posted several tweets about Lauren since she filed her lawsuit.

As In Touch first reported, Ye’s wife Bianca Censori was dragged into a separate legal battle, as a witness, which was filed by another former employee of the musician. Ye denied all allegations of wrongdoing in that case as well.
