Naomi Campbell has reportedly been banned from this yearâs Met Gala amid a reported feud with Anna Wintour.
âNaomi shot herself in the stiletto with that comment. You donât throw shade at the queen of fashion and still expect to walk her red carpet,â a source told The Sun.
âAnna doesnât forget - or forgive. Itâs no coincidence. If Anna wants you out, youâre out. Simple as that.

The Standard has contacted representatives for Campbell. A spokesperson for Wintour denied the report.
Campbell and Wintourâs reported feud is said to date back to a New York Fashion Week ceremony for Harlemâs Fashion Row last year, during which Campbell shot back after Wintour made a quip about her notorious lateness.
Wintour told the audience at the event: âI am a very punctual person, and I have the honour of presenting tonight to someone who is often late.â
Campbell allegedly turned up late to the ceremony and Harperâs Bazaar editor-in-chief Samira Nasr ended up presenting her with the Fashion Icon Award instead of Wintour.
Accepting the gong, Campbell said: âYes, Naomiâs always late but I believe in my high power, and I want to thank my higher power for having me be here.
âItâs so important that Iâm here today, and Iâm honoured to be here in Harlem. Everythingâs going to work out the way itâs meant to work out.â
The catwalk star then added sharply: "It wasnât my choice to have the other lady. Iâd much rather have this.â

Campbell recently said she feels âtoo oldâ to attend the Met Gala again.
In a YouTube video posted last week, she said of the 2024 gala: "It is my last. I can't. I'm too old. It's too much for me, the anxiety.
"I don't know what number this is, I think it could be either 20 or 21. Can you imagine?"
The theme for this yearâs Met Gala is Superfine: Tailoring Black Style and takes place at New York City's iconic Metropolitan Museum of Art.
The chief inspiration for the exhibition is Monica L. Millerâs 2009 book, Slaves to Fashion: Black Dandyism and the Styling of Black Diasporic Identity.
The exhibition will examine âthe importance of clothing and style to the formation of Black identities in the Atlantic diaspora.â Itâs also the first menswear-centric exhibit since 2003âs âMen in Skirts.â
Wintourâs co-chairs at the event include Colman Domingo, Lewis Hamilton, A$AP Rocky, LeBron James, and Pharrell Williams.
The Met announced this yearâs host committee, which includes Doechii, Ayo Edebiri, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens, Jordan Casteel, Dapper Dan, Edward Enninful, Jeremy O Harris, Branden Jacobs-Jenkins, Rashid Johnson, Regina King, Spike Lee and Tonya Lewis Lee, Audra McDonald, Janelle MonĂĄe, Jeremy Pope, Angel Reese, ShaâCarri Richardson, Olivier Rousteing, Tyla, Usher and Kara Walker.
