A co-host of "The View" doesn't appear to be backing down from requests to quiet their attacks on President Donald Trump.
"The View" is one of the most-watched daytime talk shows, but ABC News recently asked the women to back off of criticizing Trump, according to a Daily Beast report Wednesday.
On Thursday, in the middle of their first segment, which attacked Trump for accepting a $400 million plane from Qatar, Whoopi Goldberg whipped out a pocket Constitution to complain that the plane violates the Emoluments Clause.
Without referencing the requests from ABC executives, Goldberg explained that some things needed to be said.

The comment began with Sunny Hostin saying that the plane was allegedly going to be gifted to the Trump Presidential Library after.
"But we all know that that's BS. He's not giving that to his presidential library. He's going to take it and fly and use it, but he's not supposed to have it!" Goldberg explained, pulling out a pocket Constitution to audience applause. "I got the Constitution right here. He's not supposed to have the plane, okay?"
She added a comment that could refer to the request from the ABC bigwigs.
"You know, and if you — you know, people always want us to be respectful and do the things and talk about the stuff we talk about. We can do all of that. But when you are blatantly giving the country the middle finger, that is blatant. You're not supposed to do that. You're not supposed to take the plane," Goldberg said emphatically.
