Amid reports that Tommy Lee and wife Brittany Furlan are breaking up after six years of marriage, the couple shared cryptic messages on social media seemingly alluding to a split.

Tommy Lee and Brittany Furlan are letting their social media activity do all of the talking.Â
The couple shared veiled messages online amid reports that they're ending their six-year marriage, including a post in which the Mötley CrĂŒe drummer alluded to being deceived.
In a post on Instagram May 15, Tommy, 62, posed a cryptic question to his followers, asking, "Who's been catfished?"
Meanwhile, Brittany, 38, posted her own mysterious message shortly thereafter on her Instagram Stories, writing, "What is done in darkness always comes to light..."
E! News has reached out to both parties for comment but has not heard back.
The union is the first for the internet personality and the fourth for the musician. He was previously married to Elaine Starchuk from 1984 to 1985, Heather Locklear from 1986 to 1993 and Pamela Andersonâwith whom he shares sons Brandon Thomas Lee, 28, and Dylan Jagger Lee, 27âfrom 1995 to 1998.
After Tommy and Brittany were first romantically linked in 2017, the musician announced the pairâs engagement on Valentineâs Day by sharing a looping video of a heart-shaped diamond on Brittanyâs ring finger.

âWell this certainly beats chocolates,â he wrote on Instagram at the time. âSay hello to future Mrs. Lee.â
The two went on to exchange vows exactly one year later on Valentineâs Day 2019, marking the occasion on social media with a photo of their dogs dressed as a bride and groom.

âItâs official,â Brittany wrote on Instagram alongside the pic. âWeâre married!!! MR & MRS LEE YAHOOOOOOOO.â
Following the 2023 release of Pamelaâs Netflix documentary Pamela, a Love Story, and memoir, Love, Pamelaâboth of which detailed her three-year marriage to Tommyâhe and Brittany faced criticism for their relationship on social media, prompting the influencer to publicly express her love for her partner.
âI'm lucky to have a really loving husband,â Brittany said in a video posted on TikTok at the time, âwho honestly laughs all the stuff off and could care less.â
And she defended Tommy once more as she shared that heâs not the most frequent bather.
âMy husbandâs very neat, which people wouldnât expect from someone whoâs a musician,â she said on the Off the Vine with Kaitlyn Bristowe podcast in December. âThey would expect him to be a f---ing nightmare, like, dirty. He doesnât shower a lot, but heâs very neat.â
Adding that Tommy showers âlike, once a week,â Brittany explained that she tolerated his hygiene practice âbecause heâs so handsome.â
âItâs really crazy,â she commented. âHeâs a really good-looking guy. He doesnât really give me the ick.â
