It wasn’t a convincing performance by Tuchel’s side against Andorra though, only beating the minnows 1-0 in their 2026 World Cup Qualifier.
That game took place in Spain in a changed venue, and now England will be playing in a different ground again against Senegal.
Wembley won’t be hosting the friendly and here’s why…
England are playing away from their home stadium to showcase the Three Lions’ talents for fans across the country.
They will be facing Senegal at Nottingham Forest’s City Ground.
It will be the first time in 84 years that England will play a game at the stadium.
The last England game played at the City Ground came in 1941 when the Three Lions met Wales in a wartime friendly match.
Meanwhile, the last competitive national team game in Nottingham was a lot earlier than that, with England taking on Wales in 1909.

“And the opportunity to experience playing at a famous old English stadium such as the City Ground is one we can all look forward to.”
Later this year, England will play away from Wembley again, as they take on Andorra at Villa Park.
It will be the first time in 20 years that the Three Lions take to the pitch at Aston Villa's home stadium.
