It comes as the Mercury Prize-winning band recently made their comeback with the epic single ‘Bloom Baby Bloom’ and shared details of their fourth album, ‘The Clearing’.
AdvertisementNow, to celebrate the upcoming release – which they teased in recent weeks and marks their first since 2022’s ‘Blue Weekend’ – the band have confirmed a number of tour dates set for later this year.
The dates kick off with a North American leg of shows and launch with an opening night at Buckhead Theatre in Atlanta on September 10. Other dates throughout the month include stops in Washington DC, Philadelphia, Boston, Brooklyn, Ohio and more before wrapping up with a stop in Austin, Texas on September 30.
European tour dates kick off the following month and begin with a show in Sweden on November 5. From there, more shows take place in Denmark, Poland, Italy, France and Germany, before the UK leg of the tour starts at the end of the month.
UK dates include shows in Manchester and Birmingham on November 28 and 29 respectively, before continuing into December with shows planned in Cardiff, London, Leeds and Glasgow. The tour concludes with a final night at the 3Arena in Dublin, Ireland on December 10.

NME gave Wolf Alice a glowing five-star review for their latest track, sharing: “‘Bloom Baby Bloom’ is a fitting song for Wolf Alice to return with. It speaks to coming into your own, rising up through the chaos of life and emerging completely sure of yourself.”
“After three albums of building and expanding their world, and experiencing the ups and downs of the music industry, it feels like the band are ready to stake their claim as one of their generation’s most important acts,” it added. “Now, Wolf Alice are undoubtedly in full bloom.”
As for the album, the band described ‘The Clearing’ as “a progressive shift from a band whose exploration of love, loss and human connection has already articulated the coming-of-age experience for a whole generation”.
It is set to arrive on Friday August 29 via Sony Music and, as well as the headline tour dates, Wolf Alice will also play a trio of intimate Irish shows next week, and make appearances at BBC Radio One’s Big Weekend, Glastonbury 2025 and Primavera Sound in Barcelona.
The £1 ticket levy to support grassroots venues comes as the band’s guitarist Joff Oddie made an appearance in Parliament recently to help save local music spaces and highlight the struggles faced by emerging talent.
“It’s costly to build a career, and the build a career you need to go on the road. Once you get past a point, there is money to be made in the industry. Music is big business, but if we don’t fund that from the beginning then we aren’t going to get big artists.”
Others to have implemented the ticket levy to their shows include Pulp, Katy Perry, Sam Fender, Coldplay, Alien Ant Farm, Enter Shikari and Mumford & Sons. It was recently confirmed that while LIVE Trust has raised over £500,000 in funds from levy donations, only eight per cent of arena and stadium shows above have implemented a levy donation in the last six months.
The administration argued the pandemic-era grants were no longer needed while plaintiff states argued that the cuts were illegal and hurt public health.
