Beyoncé shares ‘Cowboy Carter’ stage with daughters Blue Ivy, Rumi
Beyoncé’s daughters, Blue Ivy and Rumi, helped the pop superstar kick off her “Cowboy Carter” tour Monday night in Los Angeles.
Beyoncé kicked off her “Cowboy Carter” tour with a bang in Los Angeles Monday as she surprised the crowd with some performances from daughters Blue Ivy and Rumi.
The 43-year-old Grammy winner thrilled the crowd at SoFi Stadium when she brought out 13-year-old Blue and 7-year-old Rumi to perform “Protector,” according to video published by TMZ. Rumi, whose twin brother Sir did not perform, donned a sparkling gold dress and matching cowgirl boots as she held Beyonce’s hand for a good chunk of the performance.
Video making the rounds on social media also shows Blue wowing everyone with her moves to “Déjà Vu,” and looking the spitting image of her mom. Blue previously served as one of Bey’s backup dancers on her “Renaissance” world tour in 2023.

The “Texas Hold ‘Em” singer’s three-hour set spanned her greatest hits, from the new album as well as the likes of “Crazy in Love” and “Formation.”
The tour comes just over a year after Beyoncé dropped “Cowboy Carter,” her eighth studio album and the first to net the Destiny’s Child alum a long-awaited Album of the Year Grammy.
Beyoncé’s first foray into country also earned her 11 Grammy nominations, including Song of the Year and Record of the Year. She’s been honored with a record 99 Grammy nominations and 35 wins.
In recent months, Billboard also crowned Beyoncé the century’s greatest pop star and Yale University announced a course on her political and cultural impact.
The “Cowboy Carter” tour, which ends July 26 in Las Vegas, will land in New Jersey for five nights next month, starting May 22.
