Cassie Ventura returned to the stand Wednesday after testifying about an alleged pattern of physical abuse, psychological control and sexual degradation at the hands of her former boyfriend Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Ventura once again testified about the alleged “freak offs,” in which she would have sex with another man at Combs’s direction. The 38-year-old testified she would often contract urinary tract infections, which eventually became resistant to antibiotics. Ventura also said she got tongue sores from performing oral sex.

Judge Arun Subramanian will not allow the media to view the “freak off” videos as they’re shown to the jury, he ruled Wednesday.

Prosecutors began day three by asking about 2016 footage of Combs allegedly kicking and hitting Ventura inside an InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles. The tape was publicly broadcast by CNN last year. Ventura testified that the assault left her with facial injuries, including a swollen lip.

Ventura said Combs threw a vase at her during the attack: “I just remember it coming towards me. I remember it hitting a wall.”

Combs is facing sex trafficking, transportation to engage in prostitution, and racketeering conspiracy charges. Combs was arrested in September 2024 as federal authorities alleged he threatened, abused, and coerced victims “to fulfill his sexual desires” between 2004 and 2024. Combs has denied any accusations of wrongdoing.

Mid-day recap: Cassie Ventura testifies about physical and emotional impacts of 'freak offs'

Cassie Ventura wore a black blazer and long gray dress that hugged her baby bump as she testified in court today.

She spoke quietly but deliberately and flicked her hair nervously off her shoulder. Ventura has repeatedly told the court that she didn’t want to be a part of the “freak offs.”

Ventura also detailed the physical impacts of the “freak offs”, saying she was addicted to opiates to feel “numb,” suffered from UTIs often, and even had sores in her mouth from “friction” caused by drugs and oral sex. She felt tired and dehydrated after these encounters.

Emotionally, she left “freak offs” feeling “gross and empty” — especially if she didn’t see much of Sean “Diddy” Combs after.

She also repeatedly testified about Combs’s violent tendencies. When asked how many times before a June 2013 text he had been violent with her, Cassie said “who knows,” suggesting it was “always a concern” that Combs could turn violent if she disagreed with him.

Sean Combs watched 'freak off' videos on plane: testimony

Cassie Ventura says Sean “Diddy” Combs watched videos of their “freak offs” while on a commercial flight.

She felt “trapped” as he viewed the videos on his laptop.

"He pulled up 'freak off' videos on his laptop that I thought were deleted," Ventura said. "He was showing them with other people around.

“I said, 'You are embarrassing me,’” she added. “I was scared, I felt trapped, how do you get out of this situation? I felt trapped."

Cassie Ventura details 2013 alleged assault

Cassie Ventura testified about an alleged violent assault in 2013 when Sean “Diddy” Combs entered her apartment and began yelling at her because he felt like she wasn’t being productive enough in preparing for an upcoming music festival trip.

Ventura said Combs moved toward her to attack. In response, her friends “jumped on his back.”

Combs eventually threw Ventura down near the corner of her bed, she testified. Ventura says she sustained a gash on her eyebrow as a result.

Combs then had his security team bring her to a plastic surgeon’s office to sew the gash, she testified.

Sean “Diddy” Combs’s alleged “freak offs” often became violent, Cassie Ventura said in court.

“Sean would put his hands on me, he would push me down,” she testified.

“There were other times, if we were having a bad time or if I was scared of him, uncomfortable, typically I would leave and go out the back of the hotel," she added.

Cassie Ventura is testifying now that the frequent “freak offs” directed by Sean “Diddy” Combs left her various with illnesses and injuries.

Ventura often got UTIs which eventually became antibiotic-resistant, she testified. As a result, she would take opioids to deal with the pain. She would also get sores on her tongue from performing oral sex.

Ventura said she vomited nearly every time they did a freak off because her stomach did not agree with MDMA, which she always took beforehand. Ventura said she always informed Combs of this.

Sean Combs accused Cassie Ventura of abandoning him after hotel incident

Sean “Diddy” Combs accused Cassie Ventura of abandoning him in 2016 shortly after he allegedly assaulted her in a Los Angeles hotel.

The alleged assault was caught on tape and broadcast by CNN last year.

"You're going to abandon me all alone," Combs told Ventura, according to text messages shown in court. "Call me now."

"I got six kids. Pls call me," he added. "I'm getting arrested."

Combs was not arrested.

"Please stay far away from me," Cassie responded.

'Freak off' footage won't be shown to media

Footage of Sean “Diddy” Combs’s alleged “freak offs” with Cassie Ventura won’t be shown to the media, Judge Arun Subramanian ruled.

Reporters in the courtroom won’t see or hear the videos, but they may be able to watch the jury for reactions, according to The Washington Post.

This comes after lawyers for several news agencies wrote to Subramanian, arguing the footage should be released to reporters. Both the prosecution and defense wanted the videos to remain sealed from the public.

Ketamine was the drug of choice for 'freak offs,' Cassie Ventura says

Cassie Ventura said her ‘freak offs’ with Sean “Diddy” Combs were fueled by Ketamine.

"Ketamine, Sean had it, it took time out of the freak off,'" she testified. "That was my preferred drug because it was the most dissociative."

Yesterday, Ventura told the court “freak offs” were when she had sex with other men at Combs’s direction.

She previously testified she couldn’t say no to these “freak offs” because Combs was allegedly blackmailing her with footage of the incidents.

Today, Ventura said Combs once threatened to release “freak off” videos, telling her she would have to “answer” to her mother about them and that she would feel shame.
