Eddie Kingston isn’t ready to return to All Elite Wrestling quite yet.
Last month at AEW Double or Nothing, many fans were hoping for the surprise return of Eddie Kingston to get revenge on Gabe Kidd for putting him on the shelf last year in New Japan. Unfortunately, Anarchy in the Arena came and went without an appearance from The Mad King.
The Mad King took to Instagram recently to share a video of him still rehabbing his knee injury, proving that his return date is still likely a ways off, posting the following message:
“I tried to find some “motivational” quote, but let’s be real, shit sucked and I hate doing it, but it has to be done,” Kingston said in a post.
