Jack Grealish sends seven word message from holiday after being axed by Man City

Jack Grealish has underlined his motivation and desire after posting a snap of himself on a run during the off-season. The Manchester City star is not with his team-mates at the Club World Cup after he was left out of the squad.
It is the latest potentially telling blow for the £100million signing, who has continued to tumble down the pecking order with his minutes decreasing. Now there is talk of a summer exit for the ex-Aston Villa man with all parties keen to find a resolution.

Grealish has attracted attention from fellow Premier League clubs and those overseas with permanent and loan moves both possible. Whatever happens the England international, who has fallen out of favour with his country, should be in stellar shape.

He posted a picture of himself topless on Instagram after enjoying a run in the sun as he included words: "Late night runs on holiday. Feeling good".
Pep Guardiola left Grealish out of the matchday squad for the final day of the season as City downed Fulham, but much of the talk post-match was the omission of the club's record signing, but the manager maintained there was no issue between the pair.

As a result he's no longer part of the England picture. Gareth Southgate left him out for last summer's Euros and now Thomas Tuchel is at the helm, but the former Chelsea boss insists he needs games to underline his worth and get back to his best.

It’s the opposite. He grows in big matches but he’s a player who needs minutes and minutes and minutes and simply does not get them for a very long time. That’s basically everything.
