Katy Perry Confronts Fan Mid-Show for Messaging Orlando Bloom: 'I’m His, He’s Mine'
A viral clip shows Katy Perry playfully calling out a fan for DMing Orlando Bloom, earning praise for her bold, humorous response on stage.
Katy Perry is going viral once again, this time for defending her man.
The “Roar” singer has been trending online, especially on X, after calling out a fan who was reportedly directly messaging her fiancé, actor Orlando Bloom. While performing at her Nevada concert on the “Lifetimes” tour, Perry paused mid-set and addressed the situation head-on.
“I know why you’re here,” she said to the audience. “Listen, if you keep DM-ing my man… you’ve been doing it for months, ever since residency. You didn’t come to see me play.”
She didn’t hold back. “If you keep on DM-ing my man, I’m going to have you removed. Seriously, get your own life. I’m his wife. I don’t want it. I’m his.”
The crowd erupted in laughter and cheers as she continued to call out the fan for trying to interfere with her relationship. “He doesn’t want you, Kyle. I’m his wife. I’m his, he’s mine. Stay the f*** away.”
While many thought the moment was spontaneous, it turns out the entire interaction was part of the show. It served as the dramatic introduction to her next song, 2024 hit “I’m His, He’s Mine.” Scripted or not, Perry once again proved her showmanship and ability to keep audiences talking, for all the right reasons.
Perry and Bloom have been engaged since 2019 and share a daughter, Daisy Dove, born in 2020. Despite keeping much of their family life private, the couple is frequently spotted traveling together and have repeatedly talked about supporting each other’s careers.
Bloom has been seen backstage at several of her concerts, and Perry has publicly praised his parenting and dedication. Their relationship has remained strong despite the intense spotlight. As we can see, Perry has made it clear she’s fiercely protective of their bond.

Blue Origin has released what we have all been waiting for… a sneak peak into what went on inside the spacecraft when the six women reached space. Bit gutted that we didn’t get to see Katy sing :/ #katyperry #space #blueorigin #laurensanchez #jeffbezos #gayleking

The pop star is currently on her 84-day “Lifetimes” tour, which has become a major topic online. Although some videos have circulated critiquing her performances, citing minimal choreography, stage design, or a lack of energy, fans continue to show up in droves. Perry has responded to the criticism in the best way possible, giving her all on stage.
She’s embraced a more theatrical style, blending storytelling with her classic hits and new music. The backlash may also be linked to her recent trip to space, where she joined Gayle King, Lauren Sánchez, and others for an 11-minute suborbital flight in April.
Whether she’s singing from the stage or from space, Perry knows how to capture attention, and she’s clearly not slowing down.
