Kylie Jenner was all about conquering the Met Gala 2025, and she did exactly that on Monday, 5 May. The reality TV queen turned heads on the red carpet in a stunning Ferragamo number that flaunted her enviable curves and midriff. But it was her sky-high heels that really stole the show – and not just for their style.

The 27 year old beauty mogul faced a bit of a hiccup with her footwear post-gala. Taking to her Instagram Story, Kylie shared a candid clip of herself sitting on the floor while her team battled to remove her stubborn black pointed-toe pumps.

"Max told me to tape my feet into the shoe," Kylie revealed, giving a shoutout to Ferragamo's creative director Maximilian Davis for the hack that backfired. "And now my feet are stuck in the shoes!".

In a bid to peel off the tape without hurting Kylie's feet, her glam squad spritzed spray bottles filled with a clear liquid onto her feet, though Kylie seemed to be in quite a bit of discomfort, reports the Mirror.

"Ow!" she could be heard exclaiming from behind the camera. But fear not, the saga ended well. Kylie later posted a victorious update showing her feet finally free, captioning the celebratory image: "They're okay!!!!".

For the rest of her look, Kylie strutted down the carpet in a Ferragamo creation complete with wool herringbone cups and a long skirt with a daring slit, all brought together by a sheer corseted bodice.

The Khy founder elevated her look with Lorraine Schwartz jewellery, sheer opera gloves for a touch of drama, a bold makeup look, and a sleek, polished bun.

Adding a dash of elegance, she cinched her waist with a glossy black sash and adorned herself with a dazzling floral brooch, sparkling with diamonds.

However, her highly anticipated appearance was marked by the noticeable absence of her boyfriend, Timothée Chalamet. Kylie and Timothée have been making headlines with their relationship since 2023, but it's only in recent weeks that they've significantly amped up their public appearances together.

The couple has been spotted showering each other with affection at various events, including a Lakers game earlier in the week, making Timothée's absence at the Met Gala all the more surprising. At the game, 27 year old Kylie and Timothee, 29, were all over each other as they enjoyed their court side seats.

Kylie recently sent her followers into a spin with a series of snaps on social media, particularly one where she's seen flaunting a tiny black bikini teamed with a New York Knicks cap - clearly a nod to Timothee's well-documented love for the New York basketball team, as evidenced by his choice of headgear at a recent match.
