Love Island viewers were left unimpressed just minutes into Saturday nightâs episode after âforgettingâ one major change to the show.
The ITV2 hit dating show airs every day except Saturday, when viewers get a behind-the-scenes at moments that donât make the main show.
These episodes, known as Unseen Bits, usually showcase the funniest moments and highlight the Islander's personalities.
It also shows a lighter part of the show compared to the usual drama-filled episodes throughout the week.
The reason for the lack of drama on Saturday nights is because the Islanders get one day a week off from filming to give producers time to clean the villa and the Islanders to have a much needed day off.

Fans of the show wasted no time sharing their reaction on social media. One viewer wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter: âForgot it was unseen bits today so annoyed #LoveIslandUK #LoveIsland.â
Another said: âWatching best bits but would want the main show more #loveisland.â Meanwhile one added: âUsing todayâs unseen bits slot to catch up with love island USA >>> #loveisland.â

In a dramatic twist following the recoupling, Blu was forced to leave the villa after his fellow islander chose to save newbie Shea.
Speaking for the first time since he left the dating show, Blu recounted: "We asked them for their point of view as we were both really stubborn in that situation. We weren't going to budge, so we had to get them to make the decision."

The way it went was better than I thought it would have gone; I had some nice things said about me and that meant a lot to me."
The 26-year-old reality star added: "I don't think I could have done any more than I did. I wanted to go there and find a spark, and as much as I tried to see if I could get a connection or have that sort of flirty banter, I couldn't really find it."
