Prince Louis displayed a significant change at today's Trooping the Colour, but still had his older siblings, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, to guide him, an expert has said.

The seven year old, who has consistently delighted crowds at major Royal events with his cheeky personality, was back charming Royal enthusiasts.

‌

He was spotted sweetly waving during the carriage ride with his mother Kate and his siblings, as well as flashing a toothless smile.

He was also seen giggling with his big brother George and giving a lingering wave to the masses as the Royal Family departed from the Buckingham Palace balcony.

While captivating spectators, body language expert Judi James believes he offered a peek into his potential future.

She told the Mirror: "Prince Louis's body language on the balcony suggested he's grown from the playful member of the royal firm into a fully fledged plane-spotter.

"He appeared more focused than fidgety, watching each aircraft as they flew overhead before turning to his dad in what looked like an attempt to identify them.

"The avid nods from William and the smiles of pride from Kate suggested he was correct with them all, too.

‌

"With a father and grandad both pilots, there are signs this might be a future career for Louis," reports the Mirror.

"He is also a very confident-looking young royal too. Charles nudged him to chat and Louis was the one lingering longest to wave to the crowds, only turning to go in when Charlotte ushered him."

During the balcony spectacle, royals were spotted engaging in conversation as aircraft soared above the palace.

‌

Onlookers along The Mall erupted in cheers as the Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team – the Red Arrows – streaked across the sky, leaving behind vibrant trails of red, white, and blue smoke.

The team utilised a mix of sustainable aviation fuel and standard jet fuel for their engines, with renewable biofuel creating the colourful smoke trails. The Royal family gave one final wave to the crowd before retreating back into the Palace.

In other news, Kate resumed her prominent role at Trooping the Colour today, alongside the King and Queen.

‌

As Colonel of the Irish Guards, she took her place on the dais with the King and Queen to observe the impressive military parade at Horse Guards Parade.

Last year, she watched the display from the Major General's office with her children, marking her return to duty following the commencement of her cancer treatment.

Today, Kate arrived at Horse Guards Parade in an Ascot Landau carriage, accompanied by her three children.

She looked stunning in a turquoise Catherine Walker coat dress, a hat by Juliette Botterill, her Irish Guards Regimental brooch, and a pair of earrings that once belonged to the late Queen, before taking her seat on the parade ground.

At last year's Trooping the Colour, Kate made a triumphant return, making her first official public appearance since announcing her cancer diagnosis.
