Scott Adams, Dilbert Creator, Shares Prostate Cancer Diagnosis
Scott Adams—the cartoonist known for creating the comic strip Dilbert—shared that he's been diagnosed with prostate cancer and believes his life expectancy is "maybe this summer."

Scott Adams is providing an update on his health.
The Dilbert comic strip creator shared that he has been diagnosed with an advanced form of prostate cancer, the same disease that former President Joe Biden recently revealed he is battling.
"I have the same cancer that Joe Biden has," Adams said during a May 19 episode of his Real Coffee With Scott Adams YouTube show. “I also have prostate cancer that has spread to my bones."
The 67-year-old went on to say that he suspected he's had the condition for "much longer than" Biden—who announced his diagnosis earlier this week—and noted that his life expectancy is "maybe this summer."
"The disease is already intolerable, I can tell you that," Adams continued. "I don't have good days. So, if you're wondering, 'Hey Scott, do you have any good days?' Nope, nope, every day is a nightmare and evening is even worse."

In fact, his struggle to cope with the side effects was part of the reason he stopped filming his evening series titled Man Cave.
As Adams explained, "A lot of it was because I don't really function too well after the show."
"I'm always in pain," he continued. "And pain moves around to different parts of my body. I've been using a walker to walk for months now."

And while he acknowledged that his cancer diagnosis may come as a shock for some of his subscribers, Adams said that he's come to terms with his prognosis.
"I've just sort of processed it, so it just sort of is what it is," he shared. "Everybody has to die as far as I know and it's kind of civilized that you know about how long you have so you can put your affairs together and make sure you've said your goodbyes and done all the things you need to do."
He added, "So, if you had to if you had to pick a way to die, this one's really painful—like really, really painful—but it's also kind of good that it gives you enough time while your brain is still working to wrap things up."

JTBC’s upcoming drama “Good Boy” has dropped thrilling main posters ahead of its premiere!
On May 20, the production team of Good Boy released the main poster comes in two versions: Hero and Winner.
“Good Boy” is a comic action drama that follows a group of former national athletes Yoon Dong Joo (Park Bo Gum), Ji Han Na (Kim So Hyun), Kim Jong Hyun (Lee Sang Yi), Go Man Sik (Heo Sung Tae), and Shin Jae Hong (Tae Won Suk)—who become police officers through a special recruitment program. Swapping medals for badges, they take on a world full of corruption, deception, and injustice.
First, the “Hero” version of the main poster contrasts the glorious past of the medalists standing tall on the podium with the gritty reality they now face as police officers. Boxing gold medalist Yoon Dong Joo, shooting gold medalist Ji Han Na, fencing silver medalist Kim Jong Hyun, wrestling bronze medalist Go Man Sik, and discus throw bronze medalist Shin Jae Hong all became heroes who received nationwide cheers after pushing themselves to the limit—scraping their knees, getting blisters on their hands and feet, and running until their mouths tasted of iron.
However, after the Olympic flame cooled and they were forced to end their athletic careers for various reasons, they were confronted with a harsh reality. Now, as special recruits in the police force, they are shown sitting exhausted on the floor below the podium, their bodies battered and bruised from sweat and toil. This image vividly conveys the weight of their difficult new reality, standing in stark contrast to the day when everyone was burning with passion.”
The “Winner” version of the main poster captures the Good Boy avengers as they boldly confront criminals of injustice and immorality by standing up to them with rules and principles—seizing victory once again.
The production team remarked, “The two versions of the main poster released this time visually encapsulate the narrative that ‘Good Boy’ will unfold. Both the glory of the days when they won medals and the tough battles they face now are all part of ‘Good Boy.’ You’ll be able to experience this exhilarating story, full of energy, laughter, action, youth, and justice, on screen starting from May 31. We hope you’ll join us for the first broadcast, which is now just ten days away.”
