After weeks of quiet speculation and subtle online clues, Vick Hope has confirmed that she and husband Calvin Harris are expecting their first child together. The Countryfile presenter, 35, has now unveiled her baby bump for the first time in a glowing snap.
Vick shared the news live on Radio 1 this afternoon, marking the first time she has spoken publicly about her pregnancy. Although the couple tends to keep their private life under wraps, fans had begun to piece things together after Vick posted glimpses from a recent baby shower and cleverly concealed her bump at high-profile events.
“This is my final week,” she told listeners during her drivetime slot with co-hosts Jamie Laing and Katie Thistleton. “I wanted to share that with you because we’ve had such a lovely time over the last few weeks. That time is coming to an end for a bit because I’m going on maternity leave next week.”
Jamie quickly added his support, saying: “You’re an amazing friend, an amazing person, and you’re just going to be an amazing mum.” Vick also took the opportunity to explain why she never made a formal announcement, despite ongoing curiosity from fans and media. “This is not an announcement, by the way. People keep saying are you going to announce, are you going to announce? And I’m like, I’m not the King. I do not see the point, it’s not for me,” she said.

But there’s a line and so I’ve never been that big on sharing. Particularly because I’ve just been enjoying this privately and quietly.”
After sharing her joyous baby news, Vick took to Instagram to post a gorgeous glowing photo of herself as she showed off her bump. Vick looked stunning as she rocked an orange bikini and an oversized white shirt, with her bump peaking through.
Over the past few months, Vick has made several public appearances, all while subtly disguising her pregnancy. At the BRIT Awards in March, she dazzled on the red carpet in a slinky brown silk gown with dramatic cutouts that offered fleeting glimpses of her growing bump. She and Calvin, 40, looked blissfully happy as they posed for photographers, keeping things affectionate but understated.

Dressed in a chic cream jumpsuit and brown coat, Vick radiated calm confidence, her bump slightly visible as she rested her hands just beneath it. William congratulated her on her new Countryfile presenting gig, calling it a “brilliant” opportunity. Vick replied that it was lovely “to spend time in nature.”
Though she hadn’t publicly addressed her pregnancy until now, fans had been picking up hints — especially after the baby shower images surfaced and her wardrobe choices began to shift.
Her relationship with Harris, a globally known DJ and music producer, began in private too. Calvin proposed just five months into their romance, during a visit to his idyllic farm in Ibiza. The couple tied the knot four months later in a romantic ceremony at Hulne Priory in Alnwick.
