Keir Starmer will give a major statement to MPs in the Commons at 12:30pm today after signing a deal with the EU in a reboot of Brexit.
In a press conference with EU leaders yesterday, the Prime Minister said it was time to move on from "stale old" Brexit rows as he vowed to put British families first. He promised shoppers, tourists and businesses will benefit from a "common sense" agreement with the EU.
He will face Tory leader Kemi Badenoch, who held her own press conference savaging the deal yesterday. Brexiteers - including Reform UK's Nigel Farage - have accused the PM of surrendering to Brussels and selling out Britain's fishermen by critics.
Mr Starmer said it was a "win-win" deal as he set out plans for British holidaymakers to be able to use e-gates and for checks on animal and plant products to be ditched to bring down food prices in supermarkets.
No10 said the deal would fire up the economy by nearly £9billion by 2040. It also paves the way for a return of the UK to the Erasmus university exchange programme, and the creation of a youth mobility scheme.

The PM was all smiles as he entered with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and European Council President Antonio Costa. Ms von der Leyen referred to him as “dear Keir” and said the UK-EU deal will create "friendships that will last a lifetime”. Meanwhile Mr Costa praised Mr Starmer's leadership, saying the deal is testament to the "new tone you have brought to our relationship".

What is the row over fishing?The PM was yesterday accused of surrendering to Brussels and selling out Britain's fishermen.
Keir Starmer faced fury after accepting a trade-off to give European boats access to British waters for another 12 years, which triggered cries of "betrayal" from the Tories and Nigel Farage's Reform UK.
Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch and Mr Farage were furious about the matter - even before it was announced. Mr Starmer faced down his critics, who are against any closer ties with the EU even if it benefits British families.
Labour accused the Tories of hypocrisy for moaning about fishing arrangements that Boris Johnson agreed in 2020, which had been due to expire next year.
He is expected to face the fury of his critics in the Commons chamber today.

What was in the EU deal?The EU deal includes a range of changes to improve Brits' relations with the bloc. They include plans for British holidaymakers to be able to use e-gates and for checks on animal and plant products to be ditched to bring down food prices in supermarkets.
Businesses will be able to sell burgers and sausages to the EU again - ending a ban on UK exports of chilled meats which has been in place since 2021. Pet passports will be introduced for UK cats and dogs, so owners no longer have to get an animal health certificate for every trip.
