LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA â FEBRUARY 02: BeyoncĂŠ accepts the Album of the Year award for âCOWBOY CARTERâ onstage with Blue Ivy Carter at the 67th annual GRAMMY Awards
Blue Ivy has become a regular sidekick for the superstar singer. She went on stage with Beyonceâ in February when she won Album of the Year at the 67th Annual Grammy Awards.
And Blue Ivy is no stranger to the concert stage.

Sheâs also performed with her mother at other events, including her momâs NFL Christmas halftime show, which aired on Netflix. In the show, Blue Ivy walks out holding Beyonceâs hand.
Both are wearing white cowboy hats, and Blue Ivy sports a âCowboy Carterâ sash like the rest of the dancers.
Rumi made her musical debut at the beginning of the song âProtector,â track four on Beyonceâs âCowboy Carterâ album.
The then-6-year-old can be heard at the beginning of the song asking, âMom, can I hear the lullaby, please?â So far, Rumiâs twin brother Sir has largely stayed out of the spotlight.
While she seems to be incorporating her daughters more and more into her professional life, especially with her new tour, BeyoncĂŠÂ previously opened up about the challenges of being a mother and an artist.
In an interview with GQ in October 2024, Beyonceâ said, âOne thing Iâve worked extremely hard on is making sure my kids can have as much normalcy and privacy as possible, ensuring my personal life isnât turned into a brand. Itâs very easy for celebrities to turn our lives into performance art.â
âI try to only tour when my kids are out of school,â she added. âI always dreamt of a life where I could see the world with my family and expose them to different languages, architecture and lifestyles.â
