How can I watch the Met Gala 2025 livestream, and at what time should I tune in?The 2025 Met Gala arrivals will be livestreamed on Vogueâs YouTube channel beginning at 6:00 p.m. ET sharp. You can also catch the livestream on any of Vogueâs social platforms, though Iâm of the opinion that the bigger the screen, the better.
You can also check out Glamourâs social media for exclusive red-carpet content. This is a multiple-screens situation, people! Just donât be late.
Whoâs hosting the livestream?Teyana Taylor, La La Anthony, and SNLâs Ego Nwodim will host Vogueâs livestream, while Emma Chamberlain will return as Vogueâs special correspondent on the red carpet.
Remind me of the theme?The theme of this yearâs Costume Institute exhibition is âSuperfine: Tailoring Black Style.â According to the Metropolitan Museumâs website, itâs âa cultural and historical examination of Black style over three hundred years through the concept of dandyism.â

And whatâs the dress code?The dress code for the event is âTailored for You,â so expect a lot of suiting and menswear-inspired gowns.
Whoâs on the guest list?Oh, you thought weâd just tell you? The notoriously private (and famously A-list) guest list is still under wraps, however, the co-chairs of the event were announced last fall, so we have at least a few attendees confirmed. The co-chairs include Colman Domingo, Lewis Hamilton, A$AP Rocky, Pharrell Williams, and Anna Wintour. LeBron James will also serve as an honorary chair.
Now, this is just an educated guess, but we can probably count on Rockyâs partner (er, wife?), Rihanna, to attend this year as his date. Because what is a Met Gala without a late entrance from the superstar? I shudder to imagine.
