Manchester City are competing in the Club World Cup in America
The Club World Cup kicks off this weekend as Manchester City bid to retain the trophy they won in 2023.
The Blues beat Fluminense 4-0 in the final to crown an incredible year which had seen them lift an historic treble.
‌
They are now back in Club World Cup action but in a very different tournament with the competition now including 32 teams following a controversial FIFA expansion.
‌
City get their campaign under way on Wednesday when they take on Moroccan side Wydad AC. The opening game sees Lionel Messi's Inter Miami take on Al Ahly of Egypt in the early hours of Sunday morning (2am).
