Kim Kardashian, 44, appears to fume at Met Gala security guard as she almost suffers dress mishap
The reality star seemed unimpressed with the red carpet incident
Reality TV star Kim Kardashian appeared visibly agitated after a security guard tripped over her Met Gala gown as she was leaving her hotel in New York City.
The incident, which was captured on video and has since gone viral, occurred on Monday as the 44-year-old was making her way to the Metropolitan Museum of Art for fashion's biggest night.
Kardashian was accompanied by her 11-year-old daughter North West when the awkward moment unfolded, causing the SKIMS founder to momentarily pause her strut.
The security guard stumbled on the train of her custom Chrome Hearts attire, nearly causing a fashion disaster.

In a TikTok video captured by a bystander, Kardashian can be seen looking back at the guard whilst holding out her hand to support him as he took a slight tumble.
Though her wide-brim fedora obscured much of her face, the reality star appeared to shoot the man an angry look after the mishap.
According to expert lip reader Nicola Hickling, who spoke to the Mirror, Kardashian allegedly told the man, "Can you watch where you step?"
The mother of four then gathered herself and continued toward the awaiting SUV that would take her to the Met Gala.

Kardashian's ensemble for the event consisted of a head-to-toe custom leather look by Chrome Hearts, featuring a backless crocodile-print corset top and low-dipping skirt with a statement train.
The outfit came dangerously close to showing her derrière, with social media users quickly commenting on the daring fashion choice.
She accessorised with a leather fedora, a string of pearls draped around her right hip and a stack of three diamond necklaces with matching earrings.
The look aligned with this year's Met Gala theme Superfine: Tailoring Black Style, with the dress code being Tailored for You.
North West, now 11, joined her mother at the prestigious event, marking a notable appearance amid an ongoing custody situation with Kardashian's former husband, Kanye West.
The young West wore a coordinated cowhide jacket and shorts ensemble, paired with black Nike high crew socks and £950 black leather Rick Owens trainers.
The event likely provided a welcome distraction for Kardashian, as the trial for her 2016 Paris robbery began last week.
Kardashian's sisters, Kylie and Kendall Jenner, also attended the gala in striking monochrome ensembles.

Kendall turned to British designer Torishéju Dumi for a dark grey structured blazer with a peplum flare-out and plunging neckline, inspired by Harlem Renaissance musician Gladys Bentley.
Kylie opted for a corset moment from Ferragamo, paired with opera gloves and a black satin stole that fanned across the carpet.
The veteran Met Gala regular has earned her reputation as one of the most daring attendees since her first appearance in 2013 as a guest of then-boyfriend Kanye West.
Monday night’s Met Gala appearances were part of a long victory lap for Stewart and Liberty stars who secured the first WNBA title in franchise history back in October.
