BAFTA TV Awards 2025: When is it on, how to watch and full list of nominations
One of the biggest nights for television is back
The BAFTA TV Awards are back for another year as the best of television is celebrated across various categories presented on the night.
This year's ceremony will be hosted by comedian Alan Cumming, meanwhile the red carpet will be graced by various stars interviewed by Suzi Ruffell and Tom Allen, as well as Charley Marlowe taking on the reins for TikTok.
During the event, various awards will be presented at the Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall where the winners will be announced.
There is only one vote that the public can make, and that's for most memorable moment. There were a total of six shortlisted moments from 2024 to choose from including scenes from Gavin and Stacey and The Traitors.
This year, the BAFTA TV Awards will be hosted at the Southbank Centre's Royal Festival Hall during the afternoon of Sunday 11th May.
Alongside the various awards that the nominees will be waiting to get their hands on, there will also be performances from Jessie J and Tom Grennan.
Article continues belowIt will be aired at 7pm on Sunday 11th May on BBC One and BBC iPlayer, and is expected to last for two hours with a slight delay from it taking place in person.
Hosted by Alan Cumming, Emma Baehr, executive director of awards & content at BAFTA, said: "We’re delighted that Alan Cumming will be hosting this year’s BAFTA Television Awards with P&O Cruises.
"He will definitely bring a playful sense of mischief and fun to the ceremony, so audiences should expect the unexpected at Britain’s biggest celebration of TV on Sunday 11th May.
"The sheer quality, innovation, and breadth of talent in British television in front of and behind the camera is second to none, and we look forward to honouring and celebrating these talented people at our upcoming awards ceremonies."
