Meghan Markle has been branded as "unroyal" after the Duchess of Sussex uploaded an unexpected video on Instagram that has left fans speechless. The 43-year-old former Suits actress shared a clip on social media with her 3M followers to mark four years since the birth of her and Prince Harry's daughter, Princess Lilibet, on Wednesday.
The mum-of-two posted several adorable never-before-seen photographs to mark the special day earlier that morning. In one post, Meghan shared a snap of her cradling a newborn Lilibet in her arms after birth and then another with the four-year-old sitting on her lap. In another upload, she shared similar photos of Harry lovingly gazing into baby Lilibet's eyes and another of him walking hand in hand with his little girl.

However, she took fans by surprise when she later returned to the social media platform in the evening to share a video of herself and Harry "twerking" in a hospital room just hours before Lilibet's birth in 2021. The footage shows Meghan dancing around in a black night dress as she cradles her baby bump while Harry, who was wearing jeans and a plain grey hoodie, can be seen busting his own questionable moves beside her, the Express reports.

Meghan captioned the clip: āFour years ago today, this also happened. Both of our children were a week past their due datesā¦ so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didnāt work - there was only one thing left to do!ā
Content cannot be displayed without consentThe video left fans gobsmacked with royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams dubbing the video, which was taken a year after the Sussexes' quit the firm in 2020, as "unroyal".
Article continues belowHe told the Express: āWhen I first saw the video of a heavily pregnant Meghan and Harry twerking, I thought her Instagram account had been hacked and that this was a spoof.
"It was apparently taken in a labour ward four years ago.
āIt is, of course, entirely up to Meghan what she posts. It is, however, our prerogative to judge.

āAfter seeing this I wondered, how unroyal can you get? She certainly was wrong for a royal role and she didn't last long in it either. Looking at this video, it is no wonder!ā
Speculating about how the Royal Family are likely to react to the video, Fitzwilliams said: āI think the Royal Family will be as amazed as I was!!ā

Many of Meghan's fans have praised the video and expressed their love for the "fun" couple.
However, the pair have also been criticised by others for the video.
One person took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to fume: āGood grief, they are really bringing down the reputation and respect for the monarchy.ā
